This is the prequel to the original Underworld movie which was shown last 2003. Interestingly enough, you may have guessed that Kate Bekinsale would be appearing or even starring in the movie but she isn’t… She got a bit part but the leading lady character goes to Sonia, played by Rhona Mitra… who is also gorgeous and a pretty girl.

Again, this is the prequel will trace the origins of the centuries-old blood feud between the aristocratic vampires and their onetime slaves, the Lycans (werewolves). In the Dark Ages, a young Lycan named Lucian (Michael Sheen) emerges as a powerful leader who rallies the werewolves to rise up against Viktor (Nighy), the cruel vampire king who has enslaved them. Lucian is joined by his secret lover, Viktor’s daughter Sonja (Mitra), in his battle against the Death Dealer army and his struggle for Lycan freedom.
